A few years ago for our Pro Book Club Meeting we read the book ‘The ONE Thing’ by Gary Keller.

This book profoundly changed the way I think about and prioritize my time and energy.

The author suggests that in order to achieve extraordinary results in our lives, we have to narrow our focus.

This focus is what separates the top 1% from the rest who are drowning in distraction.

So how do you narrow your focus?

You follow these 3 steps:

1. Ask yourself the focusing question:

“What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary.”

2. Identify your ONE Thing

Really drill it down – what is the one problem in your life that if solved, would produce the most extraordinary results.

3. Do whatever it takes to accomplish that ONE Thing

Dedicate the time and resources to accomplishing it. Because it’s worth it. You’re worth it.

For the majority of my students, the answer to their focusing questions is:

“Learn to speak English clearly and with greater confidence”

Finish this sentence…

If I spoke English clearly and with greater confidence then ___________________.

Here are some ideas:

  • I’d get a better job.
  • I’d make more money.
  • My job would be easier and more fun.
  • I wouldn’t have to repeat myself.
  • I’d have less stress.
  • I’d get more respect.
  • I wouldn’t be so scared to speak up.
  • I could finally be myself
  • I’d have more friends.
  • I’d enjoy speaking with people more.
  • I’d be able to achieve my dream.

Which one rings true to you?

By focusing on your ONE Thing, you are separating yourself from the crowd to achieve extraordinary results.

So, what are you waiting for?

If your ONE Thing is to speak English clearly and with confidence then the fastest and most effective way to do it is to join my Premier membership.

Doors close on Tuesday so be sure to secure a spot now.

It’s time to take action and separate yourself from the crowd. With all you’ve already achieved, you belong in that top 1%. Do what it takes now to achieve your goal.

I want to help you get there!
