I recently made a very big decision.
With such a big decision it would be natural to get stuck in worry and stress about whether or not I was making the right decision.
But, instead do you know what I feel?
Confident.
In this situation, confidence feels peaceful and calm.
I simply know what I want and need to do.
I know this decision will lead to many challenges but it also could lead to reaching an important goal of mine.
How have I been able to make such a big decision with confidence?
Because I’ve already taken the opposite path and discovered through trial and error that it didn’t work.
So, I turned around and now I am taking this path with greater confidence.
I believe that the only way to feel confident in a decision is to make a choice with the best information you have and then take action on it right away.
As you do, pay attention to how it feels. If it’s not working then it’s okay to switch paths but you won’t know unless you try.
Action leads to confidence. Take more action and confidence will follow.
And who knows, maybe this decision will lead to a different path in the future but I won’t ever reach my goal unless I keep making decisions and keep taking action.
I encourage you to do the same.
