On Monday we celebrated Martin Luther King Jr Day.

This day is a yearly holiday here in the US to celebrate a man who used his voice to lead our country towards greater equal rights for black Americans.

Throughout the day I saw many quotes by Martin Luther King Jr. His words are so inspiring. While reading through some of his powerful messages I came across this quote…

My greatest desire as you go through my program is that you’ll find your voice and develop the confidence so that you’ll speak for yourself, and never again let others speak for you.

There are important things only you can say. And it needs to come from your mouth.
