Dear Students,
I wanted to tell you about an experience I had last week that filled my heart with love and admiration for you and the rest of the Pronunciation Pro family…
Last week I had the opportunity to tour the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island while I was in New York City for work.
What an amazing experience!
New York is an awe-inspiring city…truly one of the largest and most magnificent in the world.
But it only became that way through the pure grit and determination of the generations of immigrants who made that city.
They came seeking better economic opportunity and/or refuge from tyranny…
The journey was difficult, and they had to rebuild their lives once they arrived.
But they did it, and helped create this amazing city in the process.
So to me, New York City stands as a monument to the strength of immigrants and the power of the human spirit.
So whether you are already in the US, are preparing to come in the future, or improving your English to better compete in this global economy…
As you work to improve your situation, achieve goals, and realize your dreams, please remember this—
NEVER GIVE UP!
You are more powerful than you realize, and you have so much to offer.
The effort and sacrifices you’re making now will be worth it…just stay focused and be relentless…
And never underestimate the cumulative long-term effects of small, consistent daily habits.
You inspire me, and I think about you constantly and am working hard to add resources and tools to the Pronunciation Pro Course to help you succeed.
Thank you for allowing me to participate in your journey.
As always, please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.
My best,
