I don’t know about you but for me August is a VERY important time of year.
Where I live in the state of Arizona in the US, August is when the summer schedule ends and a new year beginnings. It marks the end of ‘play time’ and the beginning of the ‘get it done’ season.
From August through May my kids are in school (yes, online school still counts;) and I am ready to do the work that gets me the results I want in my life.
I know that getting into a consistent routine allows me to do my best work every day. Then when summer time comes again, I will have earned time to relax and play. I will have earned the right to sit back for a time and enjoy the results of my focused, hard-earned effort.
I’ve followed this rhythm year after year and I’ve been amazed at the results that have come.
I now have my own successful business that I’m passionate about and run from home. I have a strong team who does their best work everyday, also from home. I have a husband of 16 years that I love and 5 young children that give me purpose. I have plenty of time for myself and for my family. I also have the opportunity to travel and visit places and people that I love.
The secret?
Daily habits, planning, systems, routines, and consistency.
That’s what brings success.
That’s what brings freedom and flexibility.
That’s what brings confidence.
That’s what I’m here to help you create.
